The unit’s x-ray machine was broken, but I was not told about this until the PA examined me and said I probably needed an X-ray. Also, my Blue Cross was not accepted at TGH, but was accepted yesterday at Florida Ortho Institute. So my experience at TGH was not so good.
I had a hand laceration that required seven sutures between my thumb and index finger. Dr. Williams did a great job and followed up 2 days later to make sure I was doing okay.
I was very happy with the service provided, I had an appointment and I was seen right on time. The personnel were very professional.
