I had two problems: 1: I had fallen down and was in great pain and 2: I had itchiness and seeping out of my eye. Both were handled quickly and professionally.

I went to the drive thru for pre op covid test. I arrived 15 min early with one car ahead of me. They finished that car and immediately did the swab on me. The girl who performed it was very nice and pleasant. I received the results quickly, in plenty of time before my surgery. Definitely a five star rating.
Staff always professional, good listeners, attentive, timely service. Appreciate everyone.

The entire experience was great
The PA was great and very thorough in helping to diagnose and solve my problem. I liked that she personally called me when promised to provide my test results. My one complaint is that although I had an appointment, I waited over 20 minutes to be seen.
