Very friendly staff. The whole process was quick.
Four stars only because their (TGH) on site pharmacy took too long to fill the pain medication prescription. Despite the fact that I was told more than once that the on-site pharmacy was available on the day of my surgery (11/15/2021) to provide medication for pain, they still forgot to fill this prescription by the time I was in recovery. I waited in excruciating pain for my prescription to be filled. My family waited hours outside to pick me up.
Efficient, Fast, Professional yet Customer Friendly and Complete - absolutely nothing negative I can say!!!!!
