Everyone was so gentle and kind to my son, and the nurse was very friendly and showed him everything she was going to do before she did it, to make him feel safe. The doctor was also very good at listening to my many questions.
I was very sick and the nurse and doctor was very patient and caring. Very empathetic to how I was feeling. Comforting and caring.
It went well just had to wait 2 and a half hours
On vacation, when an old tiny cyst decided to swell up to the size of an apple. Not going to wait till I came home. I searched, and thru a dart at the results and hit on TGH Urgent Care. EXCELLENT. Thank You to: Parker, Cassandra, Drea and Dr. Nicole Frommann, for their excellent, timely, and wonderful care, and service. Bonus: Also very pleased I was able to get their prescribed Antibiotics right on site. Saving me another hour of wasted time at a Pharmacy. (and at a fair, GoodRx price).
Excellent all around from nurses to th Doctors
Very friendly staff though I did have a long wait. The doctor was great and I left with my medication also .
