Needed a special Covid test and staff went out of their way to help us.
Very good overall care. The doctors were excellent! All staff were professional, caring, personable, responsive and all activities except for one were competently handled. I did have an issue when the IV needle for the anesthesia was incorrectly inserted in my arm, missed the vein, which caused some significant pain. The same issue occurred with my wife, who also underwent the same procedure at the same time. Each was corrected before the procedure. In and out very fast and convenient
PCR TEST I was nervous and the test was very easy on me. I was relieved that it was not painful and was only mildly uncomfortable.

Excellent customer service was beyond help. Staff was very qualified to do their jobs and with a pleasant attitude. That is wonderful to be greeted by happy staff.
