The registration experience was easy. The front staff were professional and courteous. The attending PA was knowledgeable and professional as well. He even followed up with me twice post-visit to make sure that I was getting better or needed any further help. Excellent facility and if I ever need any unplanned medical attention, this is where I am going.
It was a seamless process although the upfront paperwork is a little overkill, the pa-c was very good and helped me

I had a good experience with the major surgery I had. The only complaint was the food. Normally hospital food is pretty good and you can choose what you want. TGH just gives everyone the same thing.
They give you excellent care. They explain everything to you step by step and they always communicate each decision or action that they are going to do.
Everyone took really good care of me.
