I came in and was greeted with kindness and yet professional answer my questions listen to me as to my pain that I was feeling intense pain as I feel out paperwork then my turn to the back where I was met by a nurse practitioner and she also was a good caregiver as well asked me the questions she very professional friendly I felt at ease then gave me information needed to follow up

I loved the nurse practitioner very nice and beyond professional. However, waiting in the lobby I was clearly skipped and I have no idea why I got skipped, so I was bit annoyed.
