Facility was clean. Receptionists were very pleasant and efficient. The PA I saw was kind and listened well. However - the wait was horrendous. I spent over three hours from the time I walked in til the time I left.

Very quick and easy
I had an exceptional experience & Holly was amazing & enthusiastic. The entire staff was very friendly. They helped me find a primary care doctor & also helped put things into motion (appointment for an ultra sound & medication for a minor infection) to fix a very annoying hernia, which was my primary concern going in. I haven’t been to a doctor in nearly 20 yrs, so I was very nervous about everything. They eased all of my worries/concerns & I am forever grateful that I found them.
Everyone from the receptionist to the PA were very friendly, competent and efficient.
My only complaint was the wait on the phone to speak to someone. Once I was seen, your staff was friendly and professional, from the front desk personnel to the MA and the PAs. They collectively and patiently answered all my questions.
Customer service was great. Everyone was polite and patient. I did not wait long to be seen and everyone was professional.
The wait time wasn't long and the staff was very nice.
I was in pain from sinusitis and dealing with mom and hospice. They were quick and kind Offered to fill my scripts there which was awesome. The whole staff was amazing and I am grateful
