They got me into a treatment room within 15 minutes. Had me taken care of and out the door within an hour.
I am from Massachusetts and this was the first time here it was an awesome experience everyone was so kind thank you for the great experience

It was ok but I thought they were going to tickle my tonsils with the covid test, made my eyes water had to wait 5minutes before I could drive home.
Efficient, clean and orderly
The people were very attentive and nice from the front registration to the triage and the doctor. All took the time to listen to my concerns. The doctor explained my diagnosis and treatment. Did not feel rushed
I was given a pulmonary test which I was totally unfamiliar with. The Pulmonary Therapist/Technician explained the procedure immediately when asked. I was impressed by his calm demeanor and efficiency. The test took 1 1/4 hours but seemed like it had just been 30 minutes. I left calm which amazed me because the test was needed to determine the cause of my shortness of breath that can cause panic when it occurs.
