The people were very attentive and nice from the front registration to the triage and the doctor. All took the time to listen to my concerns. The doctor explained my diagnosis and treatment. Did not feel rushed
I was given a pulmonary test which I was totally unfamiliar with. The Pulmonary Therapist/Technician explained the procedure immediately when asked. I was impressed by his calm demeanor and efficiency. The test took 1 1/4 hours but seemed like it had just been 30 minutes. I left calm which amazed me because the test was needed to determine the cause of my shortness of breath that can cause panic when it occurs. All of the staff were inviting and efficient. Dr Roberto Roland was very knowledgeable and thorough. Wonderful team and much more than I expected especially on a Sunday afternoon.
