Overall, the entire TGH surgery team was great. I did end up waiting over an hour and a half in the lobby before I was called back to begin the pre-op process. Several other patients that arrived after me were called back first. And for some reason my show time was 4 hours prior to my actual surgery, which has never happened before. So some improvement can be done as far as that’s concerned. Overall a pretty decent experience beside the wait time.
Everyone is very nice and professional. Didn’t have to wait too long.

My nurse was attentive and empathetic to my needs. My rx worked so quickly and it was available on site. Everyone was wonderful.
The doctor was direct and to the point. I was seen quickly and did not have to wait.
I’m glad I was able to make an appointment. Didn’t have to wait too long. Other than filling out a bunch of paper work (to be expected) the staff was very efficient and pleasant and I was on my way home with meds and treatment instructions in a reasonable amount of time.
