Staff was prompt and professional.
The PA and nurses were very good. Wished follow up was a bit faster. Easy parking and clean facility.
I was seen by the PA in a timely manner and felt she took the time to answer my questions. It was a very easy apppintment.
The facility is new, all staff were helpful, and I was given the answers needed.
My experience was very good your concierge were friendly and helpful. Your triage nurse was the best she was kind and courteous. I had shortness of breath I was taking care of immediately given an injection to open up my lungs, which made me begin to feel better. Thank you for your services
Overall, the entire TGH surgery team was great. I did end up waiting over an hour and a half in the lobby before I was called back to begin the pre-op process. Several other patients that arrived after me were called back first. And for some reason my show time was 4 hours prior to my actual surgery, which has never happened before. So some improvement can be done as far as that’s concerned. Overall a pretty decent experience beside the wait time.
Everyone is very nice and professional. Didn’t have to wait too long.

My nurse was attentive and empathetic to my needs. My rx worked so quickly and it was available on site. Everyone was wonderful.
