I came in for an elbow and wrist injury, Dr Jenny Van Keulen was very helpful. She was very knowledgeable and took the time to treat me thoroughly, address all of my concerns and answer additional questions. I got great medical care and peace of mind, I would definitely come back again
I came here to get Paxlovid after testing positive for COVID19 at home. I found the facility by searching for test-to-treat centers for COVID19 online. Although I had an appointment, my wait time was long because the facility was understaffed, with just one admitting nurse, and only one P.A. working when I went on a Friday. I had an appointment at noon, I showed up 10 minutes early to do paperwork (other places send these thru email ahead of time, so not sure why this place didn't do that). Able to be seen in under 90 min and got my prescription needed.
Staff was wonderful, nurses and physicians.
Wait time was good, all staff was courteous & friendly, health care provider was VERY through, explained everything in detail in a way that I could fully understand it. Thank You for hiring such GREAT folks!
Arrived a little before my appointment time, but was serviced immediately. Done before my official appointment time. Fast, efficient and painless.
I was called back shortly after I arrived. The nurse that checked me in was short, almost rude. Had no patience and barked orders. Waited in room for a while before a PA came in. He was much nicer and thorough.
I’ve been there twice and have been very satisfied.
