Although the wait was over an hour due to there being 6-7 patients ahead of me when I arrived at 2 PM on a Saturday, I was very impressed by the professionalism of the entire staff. The nice young woman receptionist got the paperwork processed promptly; the RN Nicole and PA Nick got in to see me quickly after I was brought back to a room. I went to TGH Urgent Care in Sun City Center with mild Covid symptoms. They did a Covid test which was positive. A really great Nurse Practitioner named Kelly took care of me, examined me and gave me a medication called Paxlovid to take for five days. Within 3 days I was feeling much better and I am now fully recovered. Everyone at Urgent Care was very kind, polite and caring, and I will not hesitate to go there again when I need fast medical care. Thank you.
