Although the wait was over an hour due to there being 6-7 patients ahead of me when I arrived at 2 PM on a Saturday, I was very impressed by the professionalism of the entire staff. The nice young woman receptionist got the paperwork processed promptly; the RN Nicole and PA Nick got in to see me quickly after I was brought back to a room.
