Medical staff in general was excellent, caring and sympathetic. Pre-op and post-op rooms were crowded and noisy. My post-op list of meds was wrong, and it was discovered by my wife, not your staff. I’ve had problems with post-op questions, knowing who to call. Post-op home health combines all services, including rehab therapy, which I didn’t need, at a high price. I’m fortunate that my daughter is a doctor, so she answered most of my questions.
All staff were great and wait time was minimal. I came in on a Sunday for very high blood pressure readings (that we all felt was most likely stress related.) I felt that appropriate care was taken, including EKG and new prescription. However, I came to the TGH urgent care facility because it is in the same building—with shared reception—as my TGMG PCP. Although the wait was over an hour due to there being 6-7 patients ahead of me when I arrived at 2 PM on a Saturday, I was very impressed by the professionalism of the entire staff. The nice young woman receptionist got the paperwork processed promptly; the RN Nicole and PA Nick got in to see me quickly after I was brought back to a room.
