Went in to be tested for COVID. Was expecting to be able to use the drive-thru but was directed inside. After patients before us were seen we went to an examining room. Since I tested positive at home the nurse said it wasn’t necessary to test again but they did test my husband who was negative. They offered me a drug but it would interfere with my cholesterol meds so I didn’t take it. Pleasant and easy experience.
PA was excellent. The staff not so much. PA gave meds, but not working so going to my dr as soon as I can get in, which is a TGH Dr. However, i was on hold today for an hour before I gave up. Dr Jasko in Fishhawk, never seems to answer their phones, nor send labs to correct Lab that I use, so will be looking for another Dr.
Needed a Rapid Covid Test for an upcoming cruise (had been there previously for same test). Quick and easy and the team shared our excitement of our trip. Thank you.
Easy to make appt for the same afternoon. No crowded waiting room. Seen promptly and Dr was very thorough and helpful. I followed her instructions and felt much better even the next day.

Knowledgeable PA with great bedside manner took care of me. Love the fact they will call in your Rx to CVS, therefore reducing your wait time at the pharmacy.
