My husband and I just returned home from vacation and tested positive to Covid. Our local doctor could not see us for three days and suggested we go to Urgent Care. I am so glad we chose TGH FAST TRACK APOLLO BEACH. We made our appointments online and upon arrival we were greeted by a very sweet lady at the front desk. Timely service and professional
When you do not feel well and need to see a Doctor this is the place to go. Quick check in. Wonderful receptionist. My Nurse Practitioner is the best!! She conferred with another Dr to check on my health issue. Sent me home with good instructions and 2 RX’S. Compassionate, listens to what the patient says. A good experience even though I was feeling bad
Very professional very nice people. The doctor was very good and explained everything so it left me with no questions. My wife has been a nurse at TGH for 37 years so I know nurses she was good. Thank you
Medical staff in general was excellent, caring and sympathetic. Pre-op and post-op rooms were crowded and noisy. My post-op list of meds was wrong, and it was discovered by my wife, not your staff. I’ve had problems with post-op questions, knowing who to call. Post-op home health combines all services, including rehab therapy, which I didn’t need, at a high price. I’m fortunate that my daughter is a doctor, so she answered most of my questions.
All staff were great and wait time was minimal. I came in on a Sunday for very high blood pressure readings (that we all felt was most likely stress related.) I felt that appropriate care was taken, including EKG and new prescription. However, I came to the TGH urgent care facility because it is in the same building—with shared reception—as my TGMG PCP.
