We had to wait about 45 minutes in the exam room before being seen by the NP (Holly) but the front desk, medical assistant and NP were really sweet and warm towards my 9 year old. My daughter said it was hard to wait so long but it was worth it because of the staff. TGH was also one of 3 urgent care centers on Seminole Blvd who were open as scheduled. We tried two others prior to arriving at TGH and they were both closed before scheduled closing.
Daniel DeMillio PA was very thorough and sensitive to my needs. He went the extra mile to explain all options and followed up later to see how I was doing as he promised.
Staff was good but not enough help.
Check in process was very easy. Office was busy, but was in and out in just over an hour. The np, Victoria , was knowledge and kind. Office staff was kind and Respectful. Also was very convenient that I could get my medication there before I left.
The staff was helpful and thw care thorough. Very pleased with their attention to the patient.
I went to your office every one was courteous. The provider was great and I am truly thankful for the care I reviewed.
