Overall good experience and friendly staff. Wait was a little too long for a child.
The care from the P.A. was wonderful. There was an incident that was handled in a way after working at an Urgent Care, and Emergency Room combined for over 28 yrs shocked the heck out of me. When you have a patient who comes in totally messed up. You don't let them leave. The lady's friend brought her back in twice and there was no one to help to get her in the back, before help came for her. Very unprofessional. Always kind and professional. They always take a lot of time with me.
Staff were great. Wait was over 2 hours and didn't know about scheduling appt. Meds were not received at pharmacy and phone lines weren't working - on hold for 30 min. Had to drive back to Tast Track to let them know script was never sent.FIX THE PHONE
Staff was very helpful and apologetic for the 3 hour wait time !
