Very professional in all areas. The place was clean and in order. All were courteous and involved. Much better than FMC.
Nice clean office. Everyone was attentive and showed genuine concern. I was seen shortly after arriving. i was referred to Tampa General where I was diagnosed with diverticulitis. I was treated and discharged. I received a call from the Urgent Care checking on whether I was alright, which surprised me in a nice way.
Everyone was great! The receptionist was rude but besides that everything was perfect
The staff were professional and friendly. Fortunately the wait time was not too bad.
Smooth check in, short wait for the doctor. Was examined and released to home without restrictions. No noticeable symptoms that would require antibiotics.
