Easy to make an appointment online. Friendly front office staff, took care of paperwork efficiently. Dr. we saw addressed concerns promptly with detailed directions for treatment and recovery.
Dr. Jordan Shireman treated us with respect and kindness. She went over everthing with my husband and myself.
The staff was so helpful and I felt very good about my visit.
Not as good as previous visits.I was in the 5th day of a rather severe sinus infection with coughing and serious laryngitis. (A chronic problem). Dr. Diagnosed as a viral and ruled out antibiotic. Past experiences (the last episode in May 2022) my ENT has treated with antibiotic which has always worked well. This recent visit the Dr. Prescribed benzonatate for cough relief and Magic Mouthwash, formulated with Benadryl, viscous lidocaine and Maalox. Service was excellent. Apparently they didn't get my paperwork in the back for some time so the lady taking care of me was apologetic. Truth is I didn't notice. Fast anyway. I believe I saw a P.A. He did more for me in 10 minutes than 4 dermatologists over a six year span. Thank you all so much.

I brought my grandson to your clinic with a bad headache that was not going away. After a short wait, we were seen and we discovered he had a virus. He received medication for his pain, and prescriptions for his after care. I was so thankful to get some relief for him. Thank you for your care!

The Urgent Care was very busy. The whole visit was 3 hours. However, all of the personnel I interacted with were very kind, helpful and professional. Grace was the NCMA director as wonderful. She made me feel very comfortable. Dr. Victoria (?) was very kind and helpful too.
