During several visits - the team has been efficient and knowledgeable and courteous
The urgent care center and staff where great. I would make a suggestion. If it is possible provide a digital link to fill out the paper work. This is difficult when someone is sick or injured to manually fill these forms and information out to get admitted.
Could use more than one physician workin. Wait time was over an hour. Once in, went fairly quick. I feel better now!!
Quick service, fantastic and friendly staff.
The staff was very efficient, I came in not able to fully breathe due to asthma, they got me right in and started treatment immediately. The girls kept checking to make sure I was feeling better and even did a chest x-ray and COVID as a precautionary. Definitely recommend if needing urgent care.
Check in was easy and my wait was about 15 minutes. Very satisfied! Nurse was great, PA was great. I was able to purchase my eye drops at the office which was soooo convenient. Highly recommend this location on Gandy Blvd. in Tampa!!!

The time waiting was long, however everyone was caring and attentive
The Tampa Heights Facility was phenomenal. I was very sick and yet the intake person, the tech and the doctor were outstanding. Nordstrom level service..Awesome personnel. However my experience at the Gunn Highway Facility was a nightmare. Waited 2 hours after my appointment time. The Male and Female intake persons were insolent, uncaring. They acted like they I was doing me a favor coming in. . I contacted the manager at this facility and received no response. Par for the course.
