I always use this Urgent care because it’s neat and clean. I was in and out in 1/2 hour. Everyone was professional.

Excellent care and diagnostic skills despite an incredible long wait. The check in process was efficient with excellent customer skills. The medical tech, Colleen was extremely supportive. The PA was excellent. I was pleased with such excellent care.

Wait time was a bit long. We tried several times to offer the intake personnel our insurance card and she replied it wasn’t necessary, even when she could see that it was not a match in your system. We eventually got it across to her that the former insurance on file was no longer good. NP was good and helpful but failed to call in the prescription which necessitated another trip to your office and several additional trips ( and wait times) at the pharmacy.
