The time waiting was long, however everyone was caring and attentive
The Tampa Heights Facility was phenomenal. I was very sick and yet the intake person, the tech and the doctor were outstanding. Nordstrom level service..Awesome personnel. However my experience at the Gunn Highway Facility was a nightmare. Waited 2 hours after my appointment time. The Male and Female intake persons were insolent, uncaring. They acted like they I was doing me a favor coming in. . I contacted the manager at this facility and received no response. Par for the course. I always use this Urgent care because it’s neat and clean. I was in and out in 1/2 hour. Everyone was professional.

Excellent care and diagnostic skills despite an incredible long wait. The check in process was efficient with excellent customer skills. The medical tech, Colleen was extremely supportive. The PA was excellent. I was pleased with such excellent care.
