everyone from the young man at the front desk to the young lady that did triage and the PA that took care of me were all friendly, helpful and caring.
The waiting was awful. 3 hours! There was no accommodations to fill paperwork, I had to do it thru the phone while I was having va issues with headaches. Not everyone has access to computer, specially when you are feeling Ill, to fill out so many forms before you come to work then care. I have been there before and I was told it was a new system so I needed to fill the forms again using My phone, with my headaches ! That was the front desk service. Once inside the nurse was very nice and the nurse practitioner as well.
I went in with what seemed to be a eye infection and the staff and doctor attended to me with excellent care. The doctor prescribed two medications which cleared everything up. My doctor took her time attending to all my concerns. I was very happy with the care I got. Thank you very much.
