The staff was professional, kind and very competent.
Appointment set for 12:00, but not seen until 2:00. Apparently setting up time doesn’t do any good. However, once called in the nurse practitioner was very attentive and thorough.

The staff is so understanding and kind. They are efficient and know exactly how to help you! I know I'm in good hands when I visit TGH Urgent Care!

Great customer service.
This was probably the 5th time that I've been to the Fast Track Urgent Care Clinic, and I've never had an issue with them. It's now been 8 days since I was there. The P.A. examined me and said I have an acute sinus infection and Bronchitis. I'm just now finishing the 2 antibiotics that she prescribed. I would recommend Fast Track Urgent Care to anyone.
Prompt service. Good explanations
Front desk was great. Easy sign in . Person that saw me was ok . Didn’t seem too interested in me . I have been there before and always felt cared for except for this time . I made an appointment to see someone else at another office after I left .
