I was totally impressed with Jesus, the nursing assistant and rad tech. I retired from Nuclear Medicine and Diagnostic Ultrasound. He took my BP with a real BP cuff and this is what I us everyday. I have no confidence in the automatic BP cuffs. He explained everything and took a great history. The front desk personnel are great in explaining the history form. Good! But to cold
The staff was professional, kind and very competent.
Appointment set for 12:00, but not seen until 2:00. Apparently setting up time doesn’t do any good. However, once called in the nurse practitioner was very attentive and thorough.
Excellent and caring
The staff is so understanding and kind. They are efficient and know exactly how to help you! I know I'm in good hands when I visit TGH Urgent Care!

Great customer service.
This was probably the 5th time that I've been to the Fast Track Urgent Care Clinic, and I've never had an issue with them. It's now been 8 days since I was there. The P.A. examined me and said I have an acute sinus infection and Bronchitis. I'm just now finishing the 2 antibiotics that she prescribed. I would recommend Fast Track Urgent Care to anyone.
