I visited TGH Urgent Care after post-hospital stay & following ER visit. I was seen by Alexander Cadavid, PA. He was genuinely concerned by the quality of care received from my last ER eval. He immediately reviewed my summary visit paperwork and took the necessary action. Alex was professional and took action to ensure that I had a level of care to address my concerns. Clean facility. The front receptionist was informative. The nurse was kind and he was gentle when he administered a shot. The P.A. listened patiently and was not rushed. Later, I was impressed how accurate his visit summary notes were.
Open later than other Urgent Cares. Very helpful.
My daughter said it would take forever but we were pleasantly surprised on the efficiency of your receptionist , nurse and doctor. In and out in 30 minutes
