From check in to check our experience was seamless snd positive. Everyone I interact Ted with was personable and took great care of my needs and to help.
It was fast, efficient. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. I will definitely use them again.. The X-ray tech was very good and handling vitals.
Bronwyn the PA was very nice and concerned with my issue. I was disappointed that I had to wait more than an hour to be seen despite the fact that I had made an appointment.

I did do on my way for 11:00 did not get in to see the attending till 12:25 then waited another 20 mins in a room. Felt very rushed .
I was there for 3.5 hours for a UDS, Fit Test and Physical. I waited over an hour and a half to be seen, the actual process took about an hour which was expected and the Sat in the waiting room for another half hour before the NP told me that my paperwork had been waiting for me at the desk. When I went to the desk, the clerk had thrown my paperwork in the shredder thinking that another clerk scanned it into the computer and it took yet another half hour after that to get my paperwork to me so that I could go home. Had to have a tick removed from my neck tha was engorged. Was treated courteously and professionally. Follow up and educational instructions were given in detail
