It was great getting in a short time. Doctor and Assistances were very knowledgeable. WE highly recommend this office for all illnesses
It’s all in the name. They don’t waste time getting you in FAST to be seen by friendly, knowledgeable, and very caring people. I’ve been multiple times for various situations - from fear of a broken bone to a sore throat - and I’ve been pleased each and every time. I won’t go anywhere else if I can help it.
The staff was very friendly and made the kids feel comfortable. The doctor even gave the kids stickers afterwards. I have made two visits and both times the staff were professional. The wait times were also very reasonable.
I was having a pain and was not sure it was a blood clot in my leg saw dr. Williams who recommended that I go to the ER to rule it out. That I did and thank God it was not. She personally called the next day to see how I was doing. That was cool.
Efficient and friendly. Especially appreciated the way the staff explained my medical issues in a way that was easy to understand. They called me the next night and reviewed my lab results, and they got me the referrals I needed.
The care I received was excellent.
Everyone was helpful and friendly. They took care of my ear issue.
Nurse was kind and professional. Dr. Williams was very thorough. She evaluated my personal situation and erred on the side of caution which I appreciated. Will definitely use this walk in clinic again if necessary.
Dr. Lisa was great. She was very thorough. She really cares, and is very personable. I would rate this location a 5 if it hadn’t taken 3 hours.
