Very friendly
I would highly recommend your facilty, from the greeting to the exit, the staff was incredible. Friendly and very caring about my problem and the care I needed. Follow up was also good,.keeping me informed on what was happening.
Best experience I've ever had at a Dr's office (and I'm 67 so I've had a few). Was sick for a week and couldn't get in to see my own Dr. Looked online for urgent care and came across Fast Track. Was so sick I didn't care who they were as long as they could get me in. I was able to set up apt on line (yep, you can reserve a spot in advance) and got in within an hr. Excellent service with competent staff.
The doctor and nurse were really kind and caring. My only holdback is that the doctor had a hard time getting the IV going, so I have bruises on both arms. It's not a big deal, but I figured if I'm giving a rating, I have to mention it. Otherwise, this would be a five-star rating because they were so nice and genuinely concerned about me.
