Other than the very long wait, the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Everyone was very caring and professional
I saw this urgent care had good reviews online and I needed to be seen, of course, the last hour they were open that day. I went in and was pleasantly surprised by how clean it was and calm. No one was annoyed by me or any of the last minute patients. Check-in was smooth and I had a very minimal wait time. I was in and out in 30 min total, including incoming paperwork. They sent my Rx to the pharmacy for me and I was on my way. Everyone was nice and pleasant. I was really impressed!
