Great experience. Front desk was very nice. NP was very compassionate and efficient. It appears they were short staffed because the NP did all the triage, specimen collection, med pass, and diagnosis. Give him and a raise and get him some help! Still overall great experience.

Awesome, friendly staff very caring emotional and physical needs met, nothing was too much for them to do. One of the best hospital experiences I have had in my 81 years. A HUGE THANK YOU TO ALL who served me in room 249. Love to all. THANK YOU, Dr Copeland for your caring ways and keeping me posted day to day, you kept me knowledgeable throughout my journey at Bay Shore Hospital. I will forever be indebtable to you. Had a problem with my left ear and the doctor treated it and sent me on my way with a script for ear drops. Super pleased since I had bleeding from the ear due to my taking a blood thinner. He put my mind at ease and now a couple days since the visit I can tell the ear is improving.
