I saw an ID doctor prior to visiting you (my wife) She recommended I take a strep test to rule out a strep throat (and/or check that the medication prescribed a few hours earlier was working) The nurse made it seem like it was pointless for me to visit and get the test.....it wasn't....an ID doctor thought it was important to do so. From the time I was greeted at the front desk I had a thoroughly wonderful experience (well at least for being sick)! Wait time was minimal... less than 10 minutes. Office was super clean and the entire staff was very friendly! I saw Dr. Williams, who was more than helpful and informative! Along with giving me some tips on my up keep for my asthma she went the extra step to set me up with a referral appt with a recommended PCP.
