Really great and caring employees!
I went to fast track urgent care with a lassaration on my leg. The staff and nurses were super kind and professional, Dr. Jerome Wehr was very caring and took care of me by placing 4 stitches and wrapping it up. He was very kind informative and
Was in and out quickly, with diagnosis and Rx. Reserving a time was super easy online as well.
The PA and the medical staffs were excellent! . The reason I gave 1 star is because when I called the office right after my visit to speak to the PA about the medication she prescribed me, whoever answered the phone at the front desk was really rude!! She gave me attitude when I asked to speak to the PA and hung up on me before I even finished talking. Also I waited the whole day for the PA to call me back and no call. They saw me in a timely manner.they were very helpfull and was able to address me pain and advice me what to .
I went on-line and selected a 12:00 pm appointment. I arrived 5 minutes early and brought all the paperwork with me that I printed from the website. I didn’t get in to see anyone until after 1:00 pm. I’m not impressed with your scheduling system as several people arrived after me and went in before me. I did not get out until after 2:00 pm. The nurses & PA were efficient once you got in.
When you are sick and not feeling well this place was efficent and comforting to get you on the right path to feeling better!
Quick, fast, great staff, awesome Doctor, and meds were some medicine was available there!
