Very fast service (first appointment of the day.) Friendly and thorough. Front staff were helpful. Techs were very friendly. Doctor was hospitable and used simple language for me.
I was in and out in roughly 40 minutes. Everyone was focused on their patients and very kind.
I had just moved here and didn't have a doctor yet whenI had an injury to my foot. I needed medical help but didn't want to be in an emergency room with sick people. Fast Track gave me the medical help I needed in a clean cheerful environment. Very satisfied.

The reason I did not give it 5 stars was because I had an appointment at 11.00 am but I was not seen until way after midday. I really did not feel well and asked when I was going to be seen. The Doctor apologised and said their system today was that she was the only one on until 2.00pm and had 11 rooms to see. I was not the only person who asked when they were going to be seen.
