Sent across town for an X-ray. Given a boot for my foot but not showed how to use it. Was told after my X-ray to wear it for a couple days if I wanted. What I really wanted was not to pay for a device that costs so much for a couple days. Was told I could purchase meds at the office for 10.00 for anti inflammatory. I find out it’s .77 at Walgreens so I’m glad I didn’t do that. I wasn’t allowed to work with my foot injury and FMLA paperwork would need to be filled out. I am so thankful that Fast Track Urgent care is open 7 days a week and AFTER business hours. It seems like when I need to see a doctor, my pcp is closed. FT team were able to see me quickly and provide the treatment I needed!
Seen quickly after completing new patient registration forms. Advised of financial/insurance policy prior to being seen. I received a follow up phone call the next day to check on symptoms. Staff professional & friendly.
