I was in and out in no time. The staff was very nice and they called to check to see how I was doing after I had left.
My son had an injured foot so I made an appointment online to be seen at the Seminole location. They were open until 8PM on New Years Day which was really convenient. The facility was clean and all of the staff we encountered were courteous and compassionate. We were in and out in 45 minutes. That included check-in for first timers, wait time (if any), vitals, seen by doctor, xrays, final meet with doc and then check out. Highly recommend.
The wait was reasonable and I was very pleased with the interaction with the Dr. (first name-Megan). The young lady who escorted me to the room and took my vitals was not very personable but seem to warm up when she returned after my conversation with the doctor. I was very impressed with the "customer friendliness" of the staff at the reception counter. Facility needs additional chairs to accommodate patients.
Very little wait time. Friendly staff, knowledgeable doctors. Doctor Williams, listened to me, was very thorough and helpful. Wish she was at the practice I go to.

I was seen by Nurse practitioner Heather for acute asthma attack. Everyone in the clinic was helpful and kind from the moment we walked in. I was treated immediately as I was breathing very poorly. I had a steroid shot given by Jose I believe his name was, and I didn’t even feel it. Followed by nebulized albuterol. Quick friendly service! Not rushed - Dr. listened to what we had to say, and wasn't in a hurry to give antibiotics when not needed. Would definitely come back again.
