I should have made appointment! Wait was long but that was my fault.
Wait time was too long. Next time I’d like to see a doctor as opposed to a p.a.although she was thorough I wonder if a doctor would give same diagnosis
The front desk staff was friendly and I was taken back quickly. I have visited this location several times. I have had better experiences with the male providers than with the female provider. While I was provided with antibiotics, I felt that the provider did not ask enough question to fully understand what was going on, nor did she provide guidance as to what I should do to feel better in the short term (e.g., Advil, decongestant) I was told lots of fluids and wait a few days before taking the antibiotic.

The staff were excellent. I was very sick they listened reviewed my options and made sure I understood all meds ordered. I highly recommended the help Fast Track Urgent Care offers.
I decided after 5 days of having what I thought was a simple yet brutal cold, I went to fast track. I chose the wrong day and time to go. Friday, after work. There were many people in the waiting room and I had to wait nearly stop 3 hours before all was said and done to see the doctor. I loved the doctor, she was very good and very thorough. I had an awesome experience! I was seen within 15 minutes and the doctor walked in, asked symptoms, took a look, and solved the problem immediately. I was given a steroid shot and an antibiotic within 20 minutes and finally feel better after 5 weeks of being sick. The staff was so kind and comforting and the facility was very clean!
