Everyone is pleasant and the wait was short.
I used to go to Fast Track all the time for both myself and son as the perfect, quick urgent care center. I’m not sure if it was just different daily staff or staff put in by TGH since the acquisition but they definitely did not portray the experience provided previously. Arrived as the first person, upon opening and still was not brought back to Triage until a half hour later and only after I inquired about when I would be seen. Bedside manner was poor. Friendly staff, took the time to really listen
Happy about care but unhappy about wait after I made appointment
I had a good experience. Front desk was friendly and welcomed me when I came in. The wait time was minimal. I was later given the option to access the Fast Track website. I will refer this Gandy Blvd location.
Excellent medical service very helpful .would return any time if necessary.
