A waste of time and money. They couldn't put my daughter's dislocated finger back in place after trying and said the were not experienced with that. So they sent us to the TGH emergency room to do more x-rays since they messed with the finger and hospital was shocked they didn't give her pain meds before trying to put finger back in place. Will not be going back.
Got in to see the Dr quickly and my needs were taken care of expertly.
I went in with pain in my Ear, they did not even look in my throat or nose and did not even listen to my heartbeat. She only gave me some ear drops and I’m still sick and need to go to a doctor.
TGH Ugent Care treated me with concern and respect at a time that I truly needed it most. Part of medical healings starts with people with pleasant personalities. Although I was still in pain, I left out laughing. Thank you ladies.
The staff were friendly and courteous, the wait wasn't long, the medical personnel listened carefully, and resolved my problem. I will definitely use them again.
Seen at the Sun City Center fastback--all of the staff was excellent, courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. The location was very new and clean.
Excellent care and only 5 min wait. I have been there before and I find their staff is knowledgeable and caring. They are my backup when my primary isn't available.
Prompt attention to my puncture wound. Antibiotics prescribed immediately and 7 days into my 10 day regimen it is very much improved!!!!
