Everyone was wonderful and I was in and out within less than an hour. Will definitely be back if needed.
I get you have policies and they probably make sense but the moral of the story is that I left not feeling any better. But suffering can be good.
I made an appointment and got right in at the appointment time. The doctors are top notch in asking, listening and instructing.
Went to the Urgent Care Clinic after going online and doing paperwork that was listed on the website. I was in a lot of pain from a fall I had taken on vacation. Dr Ball spent quite a bit of time with me, I had a break and couldn't get comfortable. He had his Nurse redo the wrap I was in and felt so much better after that. Dr Ball returned to the room and I was able to go home after he checked me once again. Thanks Dr Ball! Sure do appreciate all he did and being available on the weekend!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The nurses and healthcare practitioners that I met at the clinic were wonderful incredibly helpful and answered every question I had but, the prescription that they made out for me took over 24 hours to get to the pharmacy, and then was sent to the wrong Pharmacy. It took us quite a while to find it. I was not happy at all. As I was quite sick.
