Polite and knowledgeable personnel
The NP was rude and had horrible bedside manors.
I made an appointment and was taken relatively on time. The staff was very friendly and professional. Dr. Cale was thorough and attentive to my needs. Prescriptions were transmitted in timely fashion. I have and will continue to use this service when necessary. Thanks
Overall good experience
I was at the Brandon fast track Sunday morning Jan. 19 at 8:30 AM. . No wait, very competent PA and left with 2 prescriptions . Very good care by PA.

Everyone helped me right away when I walked in the door. Kelly P.A. Quickly recognized I needed the TGH emergency room. She assessed me, irrigated my wound, gave me ice packs and sent me on my way. Everyone was helpful and concerned for my well being.

Long story short...arrived at 4:15 pm on a Monday afternoom...left (without seeing the doctor) at 7:50 pm...many folks left after waiting at least 2 hours..we held on until my wife who's a diabetic needed to eat something, so we left...1 nurse/1 doctor..the most patients that were there the whole time was 6...thinned out pretty quick..awful service...never again..Left 1 star only because the place was clean....Coffee machine didn't work....
