From the moment we got there we were greeted with such kindness. We were turned away from 2 other urgent cares because they did not want to do stitches on a 4 yr old and told us to go to the ER. The PA, Sydney Prince was so professional and had the BEST bedside manners. She was so kind to us, listened to us, and we truly felt like she cared about our child. Everyone was friendly and polite. All the staff were attentive. The fast track appointment was very convenient. The office was bright and clean and wasn’t crowded at all. Overall a wonderful experience.
