Walked in as a new patient. Not life threatening but really needed addressed same day. Couple people walked in around the same time. The wait was over 30 minutes and felt they was a little lengthy but I had no idea how many patients were back there. Once I got in with nurse practitioner it was quick and to the point but friendly. Never saw a physician but a NP is fine by me. If needed I would definitely return to this urgent care.
Service was prompt & efficient. All was explained clearly..
The Dr and all the staff were great.
I was treated with the utmost respect and kindness. My wait time was non existent, I was in and out super quickly.
PA was great very knowledgeable, front Desk girl no personality, very cool
Very thorough and attentive to my needs.
Very clean. Quick service. Was very disappointed though to be charged as much as we were. The online price said $20 for sports school and camp physicals. I could have gone somewhere else had o known we were going to be charged $95. The lady said that because it was for college it was more. Or does NOT say that online. College IS school and they did not do anything different or do any different paperwork than the last high school physical we had done. The nurse practitioner had the sweetest countenance she explained everything to me she asked a lot of questions and she seemed very Vested in my health this was the best experience I’ve ever had and a walk-in clinic ever starting with The moment I was greeted checked in all the way through being checked out if I fall again I will definitely come back here and if one of my family members does the same I will recommend They come here as well!This is day one after visit and I’m already feeling better.
