The staff was polite and professional. The doctor who attended me was great because he gave me excellent advice in order to prevent future back pain. Never thought about doing Yoga, but now I will incorporate it into my exercise routine. Truly was fast customer service that never felt rushed.
I love that this location was open seeing how most places are closed due to the corona virus. Everyone was very nice and respectful.
I made an appointment prior to coming in and still had to wait almost an hour . The sign said to put a mask on but was not offered;Had to ask. The staff behind the desk was not masked My husband gave information when he called and it wasn’t notated but the first thing asked was “do I have insurance “ not my symptoms in these stressful times, a little compassion is needed, not greed. The medical professional I saw was wonderful. Answered all my concerns and explained the process.
I love that you can reserve your time slot. I waited for about 10 minutes. It is very professional, friendly and clean. Highly recommended.
