Everyone was careful with PPE protocols and very friendly. My visit was handled quickly and efficiently. I would highly recommend them in the future.
Amazing caring staff
The staff and the doctor that I was introduced to were very professional and caring. I was very pleased by the attention I received from the doctor. She asked a lot of questions and was thorough. Given my symptoms, she treated me with the best care she could. I was very impressed.
Amazing front desk! Very courteous and adhering to cdc guidelines. But things took a turn when Justin, took me to take my pre employment drug test. Took my test was allowed to wash my hands afterword. But, he had me sign a few documents and sign the cup I peed on. I went to wash my hands afterwards. I just touched a used pen and had to initial the cup. No gloves on. I started to wash my hands and he raised his voice at me DO NOT WASH YOUR HANDS! WE ARE LOW ON TOWELS. Front desk amazing! adhering to guidelines and courteous. But Justin, was horrible, scolded me for washing my hands (after taking a pre employment drug test-handed cup already) said they had sanitizer and are running low on napkins. Really? We have a pandemic going on and we are told to wash our hands over and over if we can. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNHYGIENIC. Would like a manager to contact me.
I was very disappointed that the asst that took my vitals was not wearing protective gear (no mask and no gloves). He took my blood pressure, Origen level and did a swap test w/o wearing any gear. I didn’t even see him wipe things down or anything. I was seen by a NP and when I called I was told I would see an actual doctor. I also had an appt at 930 and didn’t get to be seen until 1040AM and there was only 2 patients there it wasn’t even busy. Anyway, overall, I was very disappointed.
Prompt, effective, provided x ray services on site, medication on site, prescriptions sent to pharmacy and follow up next day and results in cd and radiology interpretation.
The whole experience was good, staff and drs, nurse practitioner good and informative. Especially at this scary time with the covid19 virus people are so scared. Just glad you’re all here for us
The person who checked me in should be aware of how they treat people. My Mom and I were told to use the hand sanitizer before being permitted to step forward. Then as my Mom was checking me in the woman made her step back from her while she was trying to hand her the required information. You shouldn’t treat people like they are dirty and contagious. You are in healthcare. You need to practice proper technique to reduce the risk of infection NOT sanitize and treat people like they are filthy vectors! She was rude and ignora... read more
