If it wasn’t for Jennifer Moore a PA at fast track I wouldn’t be here. She didn’t give up when she couldn’t figure out what was wrong and pursued my doctors after hours doctor on call. If she had done that I might have gone home which would have been a disaster.

I completed several forms prior to being seen. I did not have streptococcus as I suspected. Lab result was received in about 5 minutes. I had acute viral infection. I was instructed to continue what I was doing to combat my discomfort. I am pleased with attention I received. I was unable to access patient portal after following instructions. It appears that someone should have given me a password. Although their system could not accept my Last Name, First Name & Birth Date. No one was able to assist with this procedure when ... read more
