Fast Track Urgent Care has been a life saver for me. I just moved to Tampa a little over a year ago and it has been my go to for help with problems that occur at times when getting to see my primary care doctor is not available. The staff is friendly and thorough. There is practically no wait time and the exams are thorough and the doctors take the time to answer questions and explain everything. People were friendly and service was prompt however, I was disappointed that I have to submit my medical history. As a part of Tampa General, my medical history should be available at my TGH Primary Doctor, TGH Emergency Room and TGH Urgent Care facility!
