I made an appointment for the COVID 19 test (as required) I I was not seen until 1hour and 15 min later. What is the point of making an appointment? The nurse and the doctor where very nice and professional
Good and on time.
I needed a COVID-19 PCR test for travel, the test had to be administered Within 72 hrs Of travel. Our situation was explained prior to testing, Nurse Flack assured us we would get the results in time for travel. We did not.... as a result our flight was rescheduled for 6 Sep, as of now we still do not have any results, and now we have to cancel our trip. I wished you had been honest with us about your timelines. We would have had the time to get tested elsewhere and have the chance to keep our travel plans.
Online scheduling was easy and efficient. Staff was friendly. Wait time was reasonable.
Front dest service were excellent super friendly, and helpful The problem was they send antibiotics to my son for ear infection and he doesn’t have an ear infection!
Staff and doctor were great, facility was clean, new, fresh. Only thing was not great was I waited 2 hours... I know we have Covid pandemic but still though it was too long.

Check in was easy. My mother, 99, was seen by Matthew Higgins, who, possesses the exceptional combination of professionalism, pleasant demeanor, knowledge and sense of humor. He put my mother at ease. He readily diagnosed the problem and explained the medicine he would prescribe and care she would need.
