Very slow service. I had an appointment at 12 and was not seen until 1:30, they didn’t seem to mind. Other people walked out.
I have been to this urgent care twice and have been treated by the same provider both times and I was very upset with my treatment. The first time I went in for a yeast infection and the NP inserted the speculum with no lube. It was extremely painful and with the added discomfort of the infection, was very unpleasant. The second time I went in with severe dehydration believed to be linked to diabetes insipidus. I went for a COVID test. They advertise that they do them there. When in a room the PA asked me the CDC questions and informed me I did not qualify for a test. I mainly wanted a test because my husband was having brain surgery and I am his caregiver. I am a nurse and figured it would not be good to have a caregiver who was asymptomatic COVID positive caring for a newly operated patient. after explaining my predicament the PA said I did not fit the criteria. Excellent everyone was very nice and caring
We had an appointment for a COVID-19 test at 6:30. We arrived at 6:20. And the patient that was scheduled for 615 arrive closer to 630. They took this patient in before us. Also another patient without an appointment walked in and they took this person before us. Finally I went up and asked and they had mistakenly forgotten about us. There was no apology given
