After my appointment got routed to another location they were able to fix that after a short delay. From then on, the procedures and routines appeared seamless and we’re delivered in a kind and professional manner.
No one is on time. Office was 7 minutes late opening. Staff had one excuse after the other. I got a call back looking for a follow-up, was on hold almost 30 minutes.....you need to adhere to a time frame because apparently you have no concept for people with a schedule. Ugh
Throughout my time at TGH, everyone I came in contact with was professional, friendly and very efficient. I have had experience with TGH in the past, including surgery, and I am always more than pleased with the care I receive. I know that my health is always a top priority for the staff at TGH‼️
Fast prompt courteous attention to patient.Facility appeared bright and clean.
The woman at the desk told me it was generally a 30 minute wait for a rapid Covid test . The man behind me laughed and said he was still waiting after an hour and a half . I’ve aired two hours and 45 minutes before I was called to go back from my test . Ridiculous! At least have the decency to be honest about your wait time !! Nothing “rapid” about Thai place ;(
