My two daughters and I were scheduled in the last three appointments for a Covid test. The woman at check in just laid our paperwork down and forgot about us. In the meantime they took two walk ins. I finally asked and she played dumb. Shortly after we were called back and given the test. I realized that they had my one daughters incorrect birthday on the specimen label to send to lab corp.
